Attorney Susan Halpern of Philadelphia; ethical troll

The state of Pennsylvania provided Susan P. Halpern with a law license in 1984 after she graduated from the University of New Hampshire School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Suzie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Suzie!)
• Criminal conviction of two counts of willful failure to file return, supply information, or pay tax
• Failed to exhibit remorse regarding misconduct

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Suzie by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2019), Suzie continues practices with the Law Office of Susan P. Halpern at 1420 Walnut Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
