Attorney Mark Houldin of Philadelphia; ethical goblin

The state of Pennsylvania provided Mark Francis Houldin with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from Duquesne University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. November 2019) Mark practices at 1732 North 3^rd Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
