Attorney Thomas Cusack III of Lancaster, PA; convicted drunk

The state of Pennsylvania provided Thomas M. Cusack III with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Temple University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Convicted of driving under the influence (DUI)
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license administratively suspended

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. November 2019), Tommy practices with The Law Offices of Thomas M. Cusack III, LLC at 301 South Prince Street in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
