Attorney Kenneth Sebree of Detroit; ethical troll

The state of Michigan presented Kenneth S. Sebree with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Wayne State University School of Law.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #28 found Kenny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Committed professional misconduct in his representation of a client and his mother in a negligence action involving an automobile accident
  • Failed to treat all persons involved in legal process with courtesy and respect
  • Engaged in conduct exposing legal profession or the courts to contempt
  • Engaged in conduct contrary to justice, ethics, honesty, or good morals

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Additionally, Kenny was assessed costs of $1,816.50.

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Kenny practices with Kenneth S. Sebree PC at 500 Griswold Street in Detroit, Michigan.
