Judge Thomas DiMillo of Lockport, NY; ethical troll

The state of New York provided Thomas A. DiMillo with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Akron School of law.

FYI: The University of Akron is ranked as the 147th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Tommy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to disqualify himself from cases wherein disqualification was mandatory
• Presided over 2,548 case in which his brother was a plaintiff
• Never disclosed his relationship as the plaintiff’s brother to any defendant appearing before him involving small claims matters

As a direct consequence of misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Conduct Commission punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. November 2019), Tommy continues to sit as a Lockport City Court Judge and an Acting Judge of the Niagra County Family Court in Lockport, New York.

Tommy the Troll (TT) receives a salary of $200,400 a year for engaging in the misconduct set forth above.
