Attorney Ted Burkhalter of Nashville, TN; ethical troll

The state of Tennessee provided presented Ted Austin Burkhalter with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the Nashville School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Teddy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to adequately maintain his escrow account
• Failed to keep proper records of his escrow account
• Improperly notarized two signatures to a legal document without the person being present or acknowledging their signature

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Teddy by gifting him with a complimentary 5-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2019) Teddy practices at 2809 Columbine Place in Nashville, Tennessee.
