Attorney Rachel Kiblen of Mooresville, NC; ethical goblin

The state of North Carolina provided Rachel Marie Kiblen with a law license in 2006 after she graduated from North Carolina State University School of Law.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Rachel guilty of the following misconduct.

• While representing a client in a domestic case, Rachel left her law firm without notifying her client and without providing her client new contact information
• Failed to make reasonable efforts to serve the opposing party in divorce case
• Failed to maintain regular communication with her client
• Failed to promptly respond to client update requests
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Rachel!)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Rachel by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2020) Rachel practices at 548 Williamson Road in Mooresville, North Carolina.
