Attorney John Glennon of Northbrook, IL; convicted felon

 

The state of Illinois presented John Edward Glennon with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the Illinois Institute of Technology School of Law.

 

FYI: Illinois Institute of Technology is ranked as the 149th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

 

The Disciplinary Commission found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

 

  • Caused his cnsulting company to enter a sham agreement with a construction company in order to receive proceeds from bonds issued for a construction project
  • Convicted of misprision of a felony for failing to report the misapplication of the bond proceeds
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to misconduct of another attorney to Disciplinary Board
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

 

As we speak (October 2019), Johnny practices with North American Capital at 1363 Shermer Road in Northbrook, Illinois.
