Attorney Steven Goldman of Waukegan, IL; lying loser

The state of Illinois presented Steven Michael Goldman with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the University of Illinois School of Law.

The Disciplinary Commission found Stevie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

In one matter, while representing a client in a dispute with an automobile repair shop, Stevie falsely told his client that he had settled the dispute and obtained settlement proceeds when, in fact, he had done neither.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.  

As we speak (October 2019), Stevie practices with Goldman & Associates at 31 South County in Waukegan, Illinois.
