Attorney John Flessa of Cincinnati; cheating slacker

The state of Ohio presented John Hamilton Flessa with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Cincinnati School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to refund unearned fee of $3,500 upon termination (cheater)
  • Failed to provide client with itemized fill upon termination
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to comply with client’s reasonable information requests

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2019), Johnny practices at 810 Sycamore Street in Cincinnati, Ohio.
