Attorney Michael J. Pierski of Milwaukee; repeater, ethically inept  The state of Wisconsin presented Michael J. Pierski with a law license in 1990.
In the recent past, the Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) filed a disciplinary complaint against Pierski and subsequently found him guilty of misconduct in regards to a probate matter as follows.
Mike’s worthless services caused the Calfiornia attorney to file a grievance against him.
This wasn’t Mike’s first bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. In 2003 Mike received a complimentary private reprimand for failing to promptly deliver funds to a third party and for failing to cooperate with OLR investigators.
Subsequently the OLR ruled that it was troubled by Mike’s continued conduct in refusing to cooperate with the Office of Lawyer Regulat6ion as he had done in 2003.
As a consequence of Mike’s repeated misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished him by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. March 2012) Pierski practices law with the Muskego Legal Center LLP on Janesville Road in Muskego, Wisconsin.
Lastly, Mike doesn’t disclose to prospective victims on the Muskego Legal Center website at www.muskegolegalcenter.com that he has been disciplined at least twice in the past. I guess it wouldn’t be fair to limit Mike’s future victim pool for him to disclose these truths, right?
