Aggressively stepped toward the mother, causing her to be afraid

Pled guilty criminal mischief as part of unsupervised deferred judgment

Failed to report conviction to Attorney Regulation Counsel Office

In another matter, municipal jury found Billy guilty of harassment and physical contact involving a minor child

Knowingly disobeyed obligation under the rules of a tribunal

Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
