Attorney Dannitte Dickey of Greenville, SC; congenital liar, moron 
The state of South Carolina presented Dannitte Mays Dickey with a law license in May 2010.
It only took Dannitte just over one year to prove that he was ethically insolvent. In 2011, the Office of Disciplinary Counsel filed the following misconduct charges against Mr. Dickey as to his misleading (actually) false advertisements on one or more websites he had created.
Dannitte was well aware that if he didn’t lie about his qualifications that he would likely end up being employed as a greeter at the Sam’s Club located at 1211 Woodruff Road in Greenville.
From May 2010 when he was licensed until July 2011, Dickey consulted with 93 potential clients. Of that number he opened 79 client files and resolved 25 cases by settlement, guilty plea, or via non-litigation legal work (i.e., drafting a deed). 15 of his cases ended without any resolution of the client’s legal matters. As of July 2010, Dickey had never handled any matter involving contested litigation to a jury verdict.
Now you know why Dickey knew he would have to lie to the public in order that he could make a living as a dishonest attorney.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for attorney misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme Court punished Dickey by gifting him with a public reprimand.
As we speak (ca. March 2012) Dickey the Loser continues to practice law at 408 N. Church Street in Greenville, South Carolina.
