Attorney Surinder Randhawa of Alberta, CAN; ethical dwarf

The Law Society of Alberta presented Surinder S. Randhawa with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Alberta School of Law.

The Alberta Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Balraj guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise support staff in matrimonial matter
• Assistant failed to notify opposing self-represented party of notice of adjournment

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Surinder by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand assessed costs of $1,500.00.

As one would suspect, Surinder fails to mention the alleged misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.randhawalawoffice.com.  Apparenlty, Surinder and his firm decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for fear it would limit his future victim pool.
