Solicitor Poon Ka Lit of Hong Kong; ethical dwarf  

The Law Society of Hong Kong presented Poon Ka Lit with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the City University of Hong Kong School of Law.

The Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Poon Ka Lit guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Improperly shared fees with persons who were not practicing solicitors

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Poon Ka Lit by gifting him with a complimentary censure and a fine of HK$50,000.00 ($60,795.00 US). 

As we speak (ca. December 2019), Poon Ka Lit practices with Poon & Co., Kenneth Solicitors at 20-24 Lockhart Road, Wanchai, Hong, Kong.
