Attorney Suneil Sangha of British Columbia, CAN; scamming liar

The Law Society of British Columbia presented Suneil Kyle Sangha with a law license in 2015 after he graduated from the University of British Columbia School of Law.

The British Columbia Law Society Disciplinary Counsel has charged Suneil with engaging in the following misconduct.

• On at least three occasions, falsely represented to Land Title Office that you had applied your electronic signature to a Form A Transfer and Form B Mortgage
• On three or more occasions, falsely claimed he had true copies of Transfer/Mortgage Forms to officials at Land Title Office

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Suneil by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Counsel.

As one would suspect, Suneil fails to mention the alleged misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.herrlawgroup.com. Apparenlty, Suneil decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for fear it would limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. July 2020), Suneil practices with the Herr Law Group at 15240 56^th Avenue in Surrey, Canada.
