Attorney J.W. Pfriem of Alberta, CAN; imbecilic slacker

The Law Society of Alberta presented J.W. Pfriem with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Alberta School of Law.

The Alberta Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found J.W. guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (imbecile)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to advance client legal matter
• Failed to provide conscientious representation to his client

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to J.W. by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Counsel.
