Attorney Evan Drachman of Hoboken, NJ; ethical dwarf

The state of New Jersey presented Matthew Thomas Rose with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law. Evan also received a license to practice in New York in 2004.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Evan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while ineligible
• Repeatedly failed to comply with mandatory Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requirements

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Evan by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2019), Evan practices in Hoboken, New Jersey.
