Attorney Arnell Harris of Chicago; ethical troll

The state of Illinois presented Arnell Damani Harris with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from DePaul University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Commission found Arnell guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Neglected client’s criminal case
• Missed court hearings on client’s behalf on at least six occasions
• Gross negligence led to warrant being issued for client’s arrest
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Arnell)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Arnell by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (August 2019), Arnell practices at 5337 South Racine Avenue in Chicago, Illinois.
