Attorney John West of Webster, NY; thieving felon

The state of New York presented John Robert West with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from Ohio Northern University School of Law.

FYI: Ohio Northern University School of Law is ranked as the 161^st best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Convicted of criminal possession of stolen property, a fourth-degree felony

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Standards Committee punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary disbarment.

Seven years after his disbarment, the comedians sitting on the Standards Committee voted to reinstate Johnny the convicted felon’s law license. Apparently, the were of the legal opinion that Johnny had a constitutional right to earn a dishonest living practice law in New York.  

As we speak (ca. September 2019), Johnny practices at 1 Bryden Park in Webster, New York.
