Misappropriated [stole] funds belonging to another person that were received incident to her practice of law and

Commingled personal funds with funds belong to a third party

Made withdrawals from her trust account using a method other than check payable to a named payee or bank transfer with prior written approval of the party entitled to the proceeds

Engaged in conduct involving fraud deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on his fitness as a lawyer
As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Standards Committee punished Jamie by gifting her with a complimentary 2-year suspension of her law license.
As we speak (ca. McKinney 2019), Jamie practices with the McKinney Law Office at 415 West Onondaga Street in Syracuse, New York.
