Attorney Salvatore Piemonte of Camillus, NY; thieving loser

The state of New York presented Salvatore J. Piemonte with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Syracuse University School of Law.

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Sal guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misappropriated [stole] client funds
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to maintain complete records of all funds of a client coming into his possession
• Failed to render appropriate accounts regarding client fund
• Failed to maintain required bookkeeping and other records concerning his practice of law
• Failed to make contemporaneous and accurate entries of all financial transactions in his records of receipts and disbursements, ledger books, and any other books of account kept by him in the regular course of his practice
• Made withdrawals from his attorney trust account in a manner other than by check payable to a named payee
• Failed to produce required bookkeeping and other records in response to a notice issued by the Grievance Committee (Screw you, said Sal!)
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on his fitness as a lawyer

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Standards Committee punished Sal by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2019), Sal practices with the Piemonte Law Offices PLLC in Syracuse, New York.
