Attorney Christopher Johnson of Buffalo, NY; ethical leprechaun

The state of New York presented Christopher Alan Johnson with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from New York University (NYU) School of Law.

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Chris guilty of the following misconduct.

• Sent litigant adversary emails containing vulgar and profane insults direct at the adversary
• Failed to comply with annual attorney registration requirements
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Chris!)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on his fitness as a lawyer

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Standards Committee punished Chris by gifting him with a complimentary censure.  

As we speak (ca. September 2019), Chris practices Kenny Shelton Liptak Nowak LLP at 233 Franklin Street in Buffalo, New York.
