Attorney Darrell Marshall of New York City; lying loser

The state of New York presented Darrell Andrew Marshall (DAM) with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Northeastern University School of Law.

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Darrell guilty of the following misconduct.

• Provided client with fabricated settlement documents to conceal his neglect in missing a deadline for file a Notice of Claim with the City
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on his fitness as a lawyer

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Standards Committee punished Darrell by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.
