Attorney Joel Gluck of New York City; moronic loser

The state of New York presented Joel M. Gluck with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the New York School of Law.

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Joel guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Delayed litigation to the detriment of the parties
• Failed to act fairly when dealing with opposing counsel
• Failed to adequately communicate with client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Standards Committee punished Joel by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
