Attorney Theophilus Maranga of Wappingers Falls, NY; repeat offender

The state of New York presented Theophilus Fuseini Maranga with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law.

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Theo guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected immigration clients who were in serious jeopardy of being deported
• Failed to accept any responsibility for his wrongdoing (Screw you, said Theo!)

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Theo’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary censure for engaging in a variety of misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Standards Committee punished Joel by gifting him with a complimentary censure.   

As we speak (ca. September 2019), Theo practices with the Theophilus Fuseini Bart at 26 Huber Road in Wappingers Falls, New York.
