Attorney Mark Sager of British Columbia, CAN; greedy loser  

The Law Society of British Columbia presented Mark William Sager with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of British Columbia School of Law.

The British Columbia Law Society Disciplinary Counsel has charged Mark with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Accepted one or more gifts that were more than nominal from your client
• Failed to advise client to seek independent legal advice regarding giving of gifts
• Accepted a monetary gift of $75,000 from client
• Accepted another monetary gift of $25,000 from client
• Caused to be prepared for your client a will that gave you a testamentary gift from the client that was contrary to one or more rules of the Professional Conduct Code for British Columbia

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Mark by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Counsel.
