Attorney Vincent Bueti of Winnipeg, CAN; ethical gnome

The Law Society of Manitoba presented Vincent Joseph Bueti with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of British Columbia School of Law.

The Manitoba Barrister’s Society found Vinnie of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Breached duty to act with courtesy and good faith towards opposing counsel
• Failed to provide doctor’s report in timely manner to opposing party
• Continued to purse matter after being instructed by client to end the litigation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Vinnie by gifting him with a complimentary $3,500 fine plus $4,000.00 in costs.

As one would suspect, Vinnie failed to mention the aforementioned misconduct on his self-serving website at www.pkflawyers.com.  Apparenlty, Vinnie decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for fear it would limit his future victim pool.
