Former Prosecutor Kris Foster of Chelsea, MA; ethical troll

The state of Massachusetts presented Kris Foster with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from the University of Michigan School of Law.

The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Kris guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Deliberately withheld evidence about the scope of infamous chemist Sonja Farak’s work in the state drug lab
• Withheld evidence of Farak’s corrupt work even after it was properly challenged by defense attorneys
• Misconduct resulted in numerous convictions being overturned

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Kris by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers.

As we speak (ca. August 2019), Kris is employed by the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission at 95 Fourth Street in Chelsea, Massachusetts.
