Attorney Edward Davis of Butler, GA; ethical goblin

The state of Georgia presented Edward N. Davis with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Mercer University School of Law.

The Georgia State Bar found Eddie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Illegally notarized signature that he did not witness
• Violated rules governing trust accounts

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. August 2019), Eddie practices with Edward N. Davis PC at 111 South Broad Street in Butler, Georgia.
