Attorney Robert Lipkin of Pottsville, PA; slacker, loser

The State of Pennsylvania presented Robert Ira Lipkin with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Widener University School of Law. 

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to respond to client inquiries
• Failed to refund any portion of client’s upfront fees
• Failed to deposit client advance fee of $4,500 into client trust account
• Failed to file bankruptcy petition on client’s behalf
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to take reasonable steps to protect client interests upon termination
• Failed to expedite client litigation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. August 2019), Bobby practices at 221 Second Mountain Road in Pottsville, Pennsylvania.
