Attorney Alan Tusa of Covington, LA; ethical gnome

The State of Louisiana presented Alan B. Tusa with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Loyola University School of Law.

The Louisiana Disciplinary Board found Alan guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
  • Failed to remit funds to a client and to two third-party medical providers in timely manner

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Alan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2019), Alan practices at 518 Jefferson Street in Covington, Louisiana.
