Attorney Charles Ramsdell of Port Orchard, WA; ethical elf

The State of Washington presented Charles Michael Ramsdell with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law. 

The Washington State Bar found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to maintain required trust account records

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary 2-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2019), Charlie practices with the Ramsdell Law Office at 2299 Bethel Road SE in Port Orchard, Washington.
