Attorney Dean Webb of Camas, WA; scamming loser

The State of Washington presented Dean Browning Webb with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law. 

The Washington State Bar found Dean guilty of the following misconduct.

• Pursued claims that were without merit [frivolous]
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Failed to respect the rights of third persons
• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Made contentions in court filings that lacked any merit

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Dean by gifting him with a complimentary 18-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2019), Dean practices at 3507 SE 197^th Avenue in Camas, Washington.
