Attorney Joseph Sorce of Coral Gables, FL; ethical elf

The state of Florida provided Joseph Anthony Source with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the Loyola University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Joey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to promptly disburse his fees and depositing the proceeds of the sale of his marital home in the trust account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. August 2020), Joey practices with Joseph A. Source & Associates PA at 999 Ponce De Leon Blvd in Coral Gables, Florida.
