Attorney E. Timothy McCullough of Orlando, FL; ethical goblin

The state of Florida provided E. Timothy McCullough with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Timmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Improperly signed his client’s name to the client’s affidavit and notarized it
• Failed to maintain his law office trust account in substantial minimum compliance with the Rules Regulating the Florida Bar
• Failed to follow the minimum required trust accounting procedures

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.
