Attorney Jason Negron of Shalimar, FL; check bouncing loser

The State of Florida presented Jason Eddie Negron with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Stetson University School of Law.

The State Bar of Florida found Jason guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Wrote several checks on insufficient funds account [rubber]
• Failed to respond to three of four insufficient funds notices and to provide additional information regarding client credit card fees to The Florida Bar, resulting in a subpoena for trust account records
• Failed to maintain required trust accounting records
• Failed to cooperate with auditor’s requests for trust account information [Screw you, said Jason!]

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Jason by gifting him with a complimentary 91-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2019) Jason practices at 33 Lake Lorraine Circle in Shalimar, Florida.
