Attorney Richard Gross of Denver; repeat offender

The state of Colorado provided Richard Samuel Gross with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

Dick’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Improperly had office operating account in his and wife’s name

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him, with a complimentary stayed 3-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Dick.
