Attorney Derry Sadler of Greenwood Village, CO; moron, repeat offender

The state of Colorado provided Derry Dale Sadler with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from Santa Clara University Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Derry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation [moron]
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to explain a matter to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to provide client with promised monthly invoices
• Engaged in reckless conversion of client funds

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Derry’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary censure for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Murray by gifting him, with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2019), Derry practices with The Sadler Law Office at 8400 East Prentice Avenue in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
