Attorney Gabriel Schwartz of Denver; greedy scammer

The state of Colorado provided Gabriel Nathan Schwartz with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law.

The Colorado State Bar found Gabe guilty of the following misconduct.

• Drafted option giving him right to purchase 50% stake in property then worth $3 million for a mere $200,000
• Failed to obtain client consent to take on role as trustee
• Drafted transaction for himself a lifetime lease for office space at far below market rates, stripping out all provisions that would have protected his client, the landlord
• Engaged in conflict of interest involving a client
• Represented beneficiary of beneficiary’s trust while his ability to so act was materially limited by his own personal financial interests

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Gabe by gifting him, with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2019), Gabe practices with Gabriel N. Schwartz PC at 975 Lincoln Street in Denver, Colorado.
