Attorney Michael Czarnik of St. Paul, MN; perjurer

The state of Minnesota presented Michael Laurence Czarnik with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Hamline University School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Knowingly made false statement under oath (perjury)
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in Minnesota are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Mikey was never criminally charged with perjury.

As we speak (ca. July 2019), Mikey practices at 946 Westminster Street in St. Paul, Minnesota.
