Attorney Robert Zelvy of Sandusky, OH; cheating loser

The state of Ohio presented Robert Zelvy with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from Cleveland State University School of Law.

FYI: Cleveland State University Law School is ranked as the 125th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The Supreme Court’s Disciplinary Counsel found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Misconduct caused harm to his client [victim]
  • Charged an excessive fee [cheater]
  • Failed to properly account for client funds
  • Failed to inventory cash received from client that he supposedly held in a safe deposit box
  • Never differentiated between legal and nonlegal tasks in his billing to his client
  • Billed client $250 an hour for nonlegal work like supervising the client’s healthcare, taking the client shopping and running client errands

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Charlie.

As we speak (ca. September 2019), Bobby practices with Robert Zelvy & Associates at 171 East Washington Row in Sandusky, Ohio.
