Sen. Tom Tillis (R-NC): Today’s “Trump Ass-Kisser” Award Winner

Tommy is another right-wing Republican who has dedicated his career to acting as a compliant Trump Sycophant and Serial Ass-Kisser.

During a recent (ca. June 2019) rant, Tommy decided to further prove his undying allegiance and fealty to The Great Leader by commenting on the possible impeachment of Trump in the House of Representatives. Towards that end, and only after lathering up his severely chapped lips with a tube of Industrial Strength Chapstick, Lindsey made the following comments.

• “Why on earth would we give a platform to something that I judge as a purely political exercise?”
• “We have to perform our constitutional duty, but if people think that we’re going to try and create a theater that could give you the perception that this is a matter that rises to the level of Watergate, that’s nonsense.”

Tommy’s comments further prove that he’s a Certified Buffoon (my sincerest apologies to Buffoon). How is it possible for a member of the U.S. Senate to declare total ignorance of the undisputed fact that impeachment is an exercise in politics. The Senate doesn’t’ conduct a “criminal trial” no more than the House investigated to indict The Great Leader.

Even worse is Tommy’s admission that he is going to refuse to even review the impeachable evidence if the House so acts. This would be akin to Tommy sitting on a criminal jury in a homicide case and telling the judge he’s isn’t going to attend the trial during the presentation of evidence but will return to court when its time to cast a vote of “guilty.”

And lastly, arguing that The Great Leader’s conduct doesn’t rise to the level of Nixon and Watergate is to suggest is laughable at best. The Great Leader has lied to the public over 10,000 times. He’s an unindicted co-conspirator along with Michael Cohen for felony campaign violations regarding payoffs to Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal.

Hopefully, one or more of The Great Leader’s Designated Sycophants and/or Toadies has taken affirmative steps to reimburse Tommy for the costs he incurred in purchasing a tube of Industrial Strength Chapstick.
