Attorney Jonell Glitzenstein of Akron; cheating loser

The state of Ohio presented Jonell Rae Glitzenstein with a law license in 1993 after she graduated from Cleveland State University School of Law.

FYI: Cleveland State University Law School is ranked as the 125th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The Akron Bar Association found Sarah guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to use and maintain her client trust account
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to protect client interests upon termination
  • Received over $180,000 in client funds over several years but did not deposit said funds into her client trust account as she was required to do
  • Failed to respond to client messages regarding divorce matter
  • Waited nearly two years to refund unearned portion of client’s retainer [cheater]
  • Failed to return original client documents upon termination

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Sarah by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Sarah.

As we speak (ca. July 2019), Sarah practices at 1709 Spielbusch Avenue in Toledo, Ohio.
