Attorney David Grashin of Seattle; cheating loser

The state of Alaska presented David E. Grashin with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Alaska School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Charged an excessive fee [cheater]
  • Failed to promptly deliver property to which client was entitled
  • Misrepresentations concerning the value of his legal services were reckless and grossly negligent

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Alaska Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2019), Davey practices at 5536 South Orcas Street in Seattle, Washington.
