Attorney Julie Fusilier of Baton Rouge, LA; thieving loser

The state of Louisiana presented Julie A. Fusilier with a law license in 1989 after she graduated from Louisiana State University School of Law.

The Judicial Standards Commission found Judge Lozano guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Broke into ex-husband’s home and stole man’s diamond ring valued at $13,000
  • Stole a woman’s Rolex watch valued at $6,000
  • After the theft of the watch and ring, Julie sold them to Diamond Distributors Inc. for $2,700
  • Charged with felony theft and burglary of an inhabited dwelling
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Julie!)
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Julie by gifting her with a complimentary 18-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2019), Julie practices her brand of law at 1633 East Eugene Street in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
