Attorney Rebecca Vishnefski of Shreveport, LA; slacker

The state of Louisiana presented Rebecca Lynn Vishnefski with a law license in 1989 after she graduated from Louisiana State University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Becky guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Becky by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of her law license. 

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Becky.
