Attorney David Leonard of Salem, OR; ethical goblin

The state of Oregon presented David H. Leonard with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Willamette University School of Law.

The Oregon State Bar found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a glaring conflict of interest for sole purpose of collecting a $40,000 fee

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Davey’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a with a complimentary 35-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2019), Davey practices with Churchill Leonard Lawyers at 435 Commercial Street NE in Salem, Oregon.
