Attorney William Redden of Hillsboro, OR; repeat offender

The state of Oregon presented William Redden with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Willamette University School of Law.

The Oregon State Bar found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Improper withdrawal of client representation
  • Victim of misconduct was vulnerable
  • Failed to promptly deliver funds owing to a third party
  • Failed to provide complete file to client upon termination

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Billy’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. Noember 2019), Davey practices with the Metro Public Defender Inc. at 400 East Main Street in Hillsboro, Oregon.
