Attorney Jason Steen of Portland, OR; ethical elf

The state of Oregon presented Jason A. Steen with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Puget Sound School of Law.

The Oregon State Bar found Jason guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly communicate with client regarding providing testimony to federal prosecutors in an ongoing criminal matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Jason by gifting him with a with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2019), Jason practices with Kohlmetz Steen & Hanrahan PC at 741 SW Lincoln Street in Portland, Oregon.
